The nature of our 'Changing Normal' community of practice is interdependent. This means that every domain is fractally embedded into every other domain. So, if (for example) you are working in domain 10 Learning and Education, recognize that this domain has primary and secondary relationships with all the other domains. The primary relationships are known as the 'triad' groupings where domain 10 is a part of the 'Cultural Advancement' triad including two other domains: domain 11 Commerce and Business, and domain 12 Governance and Policy. All other domains are secondary but totally dependent (i.e. have influence and effluence) upon the efforts that go on within and without domain 10. So, using the Concentrix Management process for intertwining relationships across domains is crucial for every domain group to learn, not only about itself, but also about how their domain is affected by and how it affects other domains. This cross pollination is a natural process that is used in the ecosystems of nature, including ourselves (i.e. human beings). However, because of our teenage level of evolution, along with our ability to conscious choose what we focus on, our tendencies have been to over emphasize the separation of parts rather than the integration of wholes. Note this has been (until recently) a primary underlying assumption of the scientific process, and has been one of the major mythical influences that have generated the decline in the Earth's whole-system ecology.Tags:

Have you ever noticed how video ratings get very close but rarely hit “5” as an average? Well, these 3 videos hit that big ‘5’ rating, with the first two presently around a million views, and the third ‘hugs’ video having over 57 million. Why do these videos have such huge ratings and viewings? I propose an answer: Posted by Vic Desotelle (DiscoveryFuel) on March 20, 2010 at 7:30pm

A time comes in your life when you finally get…when, in the midst of all your fears and insanity, you stop dead in your tracks and somewhere the voice inside your head cries out…ENOUGH1 Enough fighting and crying and blaming and struggling to hold on. Then, like a child quieting down after a tantrum, you blink back your tears and begin to look at the world through new eyes.Posted by Vic Desotelle (DiscoveryFuel) on December 13, 2009 at 1:00pm
